Healthy Network ("we", "our", or "us") provides a macOS app and this website. This policy explains what data is handled in each context.
Summary: App monitoring data stays on your Mac. This website uses Google Analytics. The app also uses privacy-scrubbed crash and error telemetry through Sentry.

2. Data Processed Locally in the App
Healthy Network stores network monitoring data locally on your device, including:
- Latency, jitter, and packet loss measurements
- Connection quality history and confidence metrics
- Settings such as host, interval, and thresholds
- Generated diagnostic reports you choose to save
This monitoring history is stored on your Mac and is not uploaded as part of normal app operation.
3. Crash and Error Telemetry (App)
The app uses Sentry for crash reporting and operational error telemetry. We configure telemetry with privacy-focused defaults:
- No default personally identifiable information collection
- Private IP address scrubbing before events are sent
- Minimal technical context needed for debugging stability issues
Telemetry may include technical details such as app version, error category, and non-sensitive diagnostics context.
4. Website Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. Website analytics are separate from the macOS app's local monitoring data.
5. Third-Party Services
Healthy Network interacts with third parties only as needed to provide service:
- Target probe endpoints: The app sends TCP connection probes to configured hosts to measure responsiveness.
- Sentry: Receives crash and error telemetry as described above.
- Google Analytics: Used on this website.
- Apple: If you use the Mac App Store, Apple may process purchase and account data under its own policies.
6. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising trackers inside the app.
7. Data Retention and Control
- App monitoring history remains on your Mac until you clear it or remove the app.
- Website analytics retention is managed through Google Analytics settings.
- Telemetry retention is managed by Sentry service policies.
8. Security
The app runs in the macOS sandbox and stores operational data locally. We recommend keeping macOS updated and using full-disk encryption for additional protection.
9. Regional Privacy Rights
If local law grants access, deletion, or objection rights, contact us and we will respond according to applicable requirements.
